My name is Adam Grosch and I have been a lawyer in the Chicago area for over 23 years. After graduating with Honors from DePaul College of Law in 1988, I became a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in January 1989.
In my almost ten years as a prosecutor, I prosecuted and tried every type of criminal case, from misdemeanor retail thefts and DUIs, to multi-kilo drug cases, to complicated financial crimes, to DNA sex crime cases and to gang murders.
In 1998 I set up my law practice in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago and I now concentrate my efforts in defending those who have been accused of crimes in the state courts of Cook, Will, DuPage and Kankakee Counties and throughout the state of Illinois.
In my practice, no case is too small or too big or too complicated. No matter what type of charge you face, I will aggressively defend you and protect your rights.
I treat all my clients as if they were my only client because I know that to you, your case is very possibly the most significant event in your life. Your case is very important to you and it is for that reason that I will fight to ensure that justice is on your side.
While every case is different and no lawyer can or should promise you a specific outcome, I do promise that I will aggressively defend you and your rights and give you honest, realistic answers to your questions and a zealous, tough defense that you can afford.
I invite you to explore my website and then call me at 708-794-4356. I will answer all your questions and explain how I can help you or a loved one through a difficult period in your life.
